EE 1057 - No Camera (#33725)

Incident Report for Teaching Spaces Status

Identified

We are aware of an issue with the camera in EE 1057.

Current impact:
• The ceiling camera is unavailable.

Workaround:
• Panopto and Teams sessions must be run as audio-only when using the lectern PC.
• Panopto and Teams sessions can be run from a laptop connected via HDMI, using the laptop's built-in webcam.
