EE 1104 - Laptop Only (#32827)

Incident Report for Teaching Spaces Status

Identified

We are aware of an issue with the lectern controls in EE 1104.

Current impact:
• Display switching and lectern control functionality are currently unavailable.
• Only laptops connected via HDMI can be displayed on the main display.

Workaround:
• Connect your laptop using the HDMI cable connected directly to the main display.
• Power on the main display using the power button on the front of the screen.

A permanent solution is being investigated.
